Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NkapFin SAS, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cameroon with its registered office in Yaoundé.

By accessing or using our APIs, dashboards, SDKs, or any other services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

  • •API access subject to documented rate limits
  • •Sandbox environment provided for testing at no charge
  • •Production access requires completed business verification

Client Obligations

As a user of NkapFin's Services, you agree to maintain accurate information, comply with applicable laws, implement appropriate security measures, and maintain required licenses for your financial services operations.

  • •Maintain accurate business registration and contact information
  • •Comply with all applicable laws in your operating jurisdictions
  • •Implement appropriate security for API keys and credentials
  • •Cooperate with regulatory audits and compliance reviews

Fees and Payment

Fees for the Services are set forth in the pricing schedule applicable to your plan. NkapFin reserves the right to modify fees with 30 days' written notice. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.

  • •Transaction fees deducted at time of processing
  • •Monthly platform fees invoiced on the 1st of each month
  • •Payment due within 15 days of invoice date
  • •Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the OHADA Uniform Acts and the laws of the Republic of Cameroon. Disputes shall be submitted to the Common Court of Justice and Arbitration (CCJA) of OHADA, or the competent courts of Yaoundé, Cameroon.
